Your first point of contact for all questions concerning your flat or rented premises is the property manager who looks after the property on behalf of the fund. If you cannot reach them or are not satisfied with their service, you can contact us here.
How we proceed
We forward your concern
- We forward your concern, together with the details you provide, to the responsible property manager, who will deal with it and get back to you.
- For this purpose, please state the property and the property manager. Without these details we cannot allocate or forward your concern.
- In emergencies, such as water damage or a heating failure, please contact your property manager or their emergency service directly.
